High thermal efficiency for dust removal and drying;

● Modular design, a variety of layouts to choose from, suitable for installation in narrow, complex and irregular sites, and the floor space is reduced by 33% compared with the traditional structure;

● The self-developed dual frequency conversion burner has higher combustion efficiency and stronger oil adaptability;

● A number of environmental protection technologies such as wind blocking and dust suppression, micro-fog dust reduction, plasma purification and process closure can effectively solve dust, smoke and noise pollution (optional);

● Asphalt “fast heating” technology, realizes “freshness” of asphalt, saves fuel, and shortens production preparation time. It only needs to start the heat-conducting oil furnace 30 minutes in advance, and it can be put into production (optional);

Standard working condition mentioned contains the following factors

1. Environmental temperature is 20 ℃ with standard atmospheric pressure; altitude ≤2000m;
2. Average moisture content of coldaggregate<5%;
3. Hotaggregatetemperature<160 ℃;
4. Finished materials is medium-grained, the stone volume-weight ≥1600kg/m³;
5. Sandcontent <35%;
6. The ratio of aggregate shall meet the national standard. Dust content of cold aggregate ≤3%;
7. Coldaggregateshould beclean enough without too much dirt or other material.Coldaggregategradationshouldbe continuous;
8. Coldaggregateshall not containlarge amounts of oversized material,otherwise it will causeblocking,resulting in reducedabilityto supply aggregate;
9. Moisture content of powder must be less than 0.5%, and there should be no lumping or arching, otherwise it will cause supplying interruption or lag, which can affect the productivity;
